Here are some Frequently Asked Questions to get you started.
If you don’t see any answer to your question here, please contact us, and we will get back you ASAP.
What makes you different from other web design agencies?
We’re actually pretty unique. We’re a small team, which means we really get to know you – and you get to know us. We focus equally on content and design – unlike most agencies where content is left up to you or a bit of an afterthought. And unlike most marketing agencies, we don’t offer a smorgasbord of services… we focus on delivering web design packages.
What businesses and industries do you work with?
We work with a range of small to medium businesses, mostly in Nigeria. Most of our clients are service-based businesses, including B2B, trades, creatives, NGOs, Religious centers, hotels, schools, logistics, and consultants. When you apply to work with us, we check that your industry is a good fit for our abilities, values, and background. If we think you’re not a good fit, we’ll let you know right away or recommend another creative team who can help you.
Can you do a custom website package with different features and inclusions?
Yes! The package you see here is really just a starting point and we know it won’t work for every business. In fact, most of our projects are custom packages. We can tailor our all-in-one package to suit your brand, including all the features, pages, and bits you need. Let’s start by having a chat about what you’ve got in mind, then we can make some recommendations and do up a custom proposal that’s specific to your needs.
What kind of information do you need to build my website?
Basic information about you, about your blog, your contact details and services/products description.
Will I be able to edit my blog after you are done with it?
Yes. You will also get free support from me where I can walk you through the process.
Can I start posting articles on my website after you are done with it?
Definitely. Your website will be ready for you to post your contents and share your posts.
I don’t have any content. What can you do for me?
We can guide you on how to go about writing your content.
Can you help me with my logo?
It depends. Usually, our clients already have a professionally designed logo by the time they work with us. If you still need a logo and visual brand identity, we can recommend a graphic designer who can help you. You’ll need to do this before we start building your website.
Can you include more or less than 5 pages for my website?
Yes! We can create anything from one page websites through to epic 100+ page sites. We’ll have a chat about what you might need, make some recommendations, and put together a proposal that includes all the pages and features you need.
Will my website be optimized for mobile?
Yes. All our sites are responsive – that means the design responds dynamically to different screen widths. We’ll test your site to make sure it looks good on mobile, desktop, and anything in between.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We offer two rounds of revisions (so, a total of three versions) of both your copy and design.
What kind of after-care and website maintenance do you offer?
Our website design package comes with a default annual renewal/maintenance service. However, we strongly recommend that all clients go on our N10,000 monthly website maintenance plan to take care of ongoing updates, support, security, maintenance, and more.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you’d prefer to spread the costs of your website package out, we can help with that. We offer flexible payment plans, so you can spread your payment out over 3 or 6 months. Note that this payment option is only available upon application and subject to approval.
How soon can you get started?
Please contact us to find out when we’re available to start work. Usually, we have a 1-2 month wait before we can start on new projects, so if you think we’ll be a great match, get in touch now.
How long will it take to set up and deliver my website?
You get to have your sleek website within 4-6 weeks after contents have been sent in.
